How do I join a live class?
Download the Hatagi app, create an account, browse available classes, and tap 'Join' on any live session. It's that simple.
How do I become a guru on Hatagi?
Register as a guru, submit your profile for review, and once approved you can start hosting classes and earning from day one.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely and gurus receive payouts directly.
Can I get a refund for a class?
Yes. If a class is cancelled by the guru, you'll receive a full refund. For other cases, please contact our support team.
